Performance Features;Universally applicable, mainly for concrete mixer trucks and concrete pumps.;Protective film has good rain resistance;Good protective effect;Displaces water;Significantly reduces cleaning time and effort for plant, vehicles and equipment;Description;BETONEX SP-1 is a cleaning and protective agent, based on paraffinic hydrocarbons, for the latest design of construction machinery and equipment.;Field of application;BETONEX SP-1 prevents the adhesion of mortar and concrete on construction machinery, mixer trucks, concrete pumps, mixers, silos, steel- and large-area shuttering as well as all kinds of metal parts.;Application;Clean machinery and equipment with water.;Next the parts to be treated are sprayed with BETONEX SP-1, using a suitable oil-resistant sprayer (with Teejet SS 800067 nozzle). In this way a thin, protective film is formed on the parts, which prevents caking of concrete incrustations and simplifies everyday work.As a preserving agent it should be applied before the first time the equipment is used and following each subsequent usage thereafter. Consumption: approx. 30-50 m²/l. BETONEX SP-1 must not be diluted with water, oil or solvent - it is ready to use!;Note;Storage temperature not below -5 °C.
